Based on your specific goals for the design, we will develop possible ways to solve any roadblocks you may be encountering. Our goal is to provide multiple possibilities for each project so you have the ability to choose what works best for your needs.
Once a possible solution has been agreed upon, we’ll provide you with a preliminary design for your approval. The design you receive will be easy to manufacture, cost effective, and fits your specific design requirements.
After the design is accepted and the prototypes have been evaluated, we will utilize your feedback of the concept design to make design changes and improvements in preparation for the design freeze. During this time, we will do a final check of each component to ensure they will work together properly.
The final step of this process will be the creation of Bill of Materials and 2D detailed drawings. We will create your BOMs and drawings, apply any GD&T agreed upon during the refining process and provide you with a PDF copy for review.
Once all steps have been completed, we will provide you with a packet of the history of changes, CAD models, drawings, and export files of your choice. We can export files into the following formats: PDF, DXF, IGES, STP, STL, and Parasolids.
